Each StrechCordz Quick Connect comes with two belts with connection buckles and a safety cord tube with a buckle connection on one end and a mounting loop on the opposite end. Available in four resistance levels: Silver, Yellow, Green and Red resistance safety cord tubing along with two belts with attachment clips.
