Product damaged by delivery or shipped incorrectly can be sent back via a Call Tag, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-886-6621. Product returns for all other reasons should be sent back within 90 days of purchase, in the original packaging, with the NZ Manufacturing issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned without an issued RA# will be refused.
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified by customer at time of order.
NZ Manufacturing warrants products free from material defects and workmanship for 90 days from purchase date, under intended usage.
