Return / Exchange Policies
Payment Terms: Prepayment required for initial order unless credit approved prior to order placement.
Net 30 Days For Distributors, Pending proper credit approval
Accepted forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Returns/Exchanges: Product damaged by delivery or shipped incorrectly can be sent back via a Call Tag, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-886-6621. Product returns for all other reasons should be sent back within 90 days of purchase, in the original packaging, with the NZ Manufacturing issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). Click on the link below for our Return Request form or contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-886-6621. A 25% Restocking fee applies to non-defective product. Items returned without an issued RA# will be refused.
Shipping & Handling: All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified by customer at time of order.
Warranty: NZ Manufacturing warrants products free from material defects and workmanship for 90 days from purchase date, under intended usage.
Please Note: All tubing products contain natural latex.
