Yes, NZ Manufacturing warrants products free from material defects and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase under intended usage.
Product damaged by delivery or shipped incorrectly can be sent back via a Call Tag, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-886-6621.
Product returns for all other reasons should be sent back with the NZ Manufacturing issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can fill out the online Return Request Form or contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-886-6621. A 25% Restocking fee applies to non-defective product. Lifespan of our natural latex rubber and bungie products varies depending upon care and usage. Go to Proper Use and Care for more information on how to prolong the life of the tubing and bungie products.
In the working range, the first number is the amount of weight you are pulling against when you first begin to place resistance against the product. The end number reflects the amount of weight you are pulling against when you reach the end of that specific products working range. Working range for our latex tubing products is approximately 3 times its original length. Working range for our Bungie is approximately 2 times its original length.
Our tubing products are natural latex rubber. Our bungie is latex rubber surrounded by a nylon over braid.
