The StrechCordz Swim Trainer is designed specifically for use in training proper hip rotation; critical to stroke efficiency. The Stationary Swim Trainer can also be used in home swimming spas where the jets are not powerful enough or do not exist for stationary swimming. The Swim Trainer comes complete with adjustable waist belt, two dedicated resistance tubes of 12 pounds of resistance and attachment straps.
